• All dogs must be fully vaccinated. and MUST have received their KENNEL COUGH Vaccine 2 weeks prior to their stay or in accordance with veterinary advice. Please check your annual vaccinations at least 6weeks prior to your booking.

• Valid vaccination books are required. Without proof of up to date vaccinations the dogs stay will be cancelled on the day of arrival. ( this is in the interest of all other clients) Please forward a photo prior to arrival.

• In the interest of all our customers, we would ask dog owners to ensure their dogs had sufficient flea and worm treatments.​​

​

• Veterinary expenses occurred during the stay, related to pre-existing health issues will be charged to the owner.

​​

• Allergies, existing medical conditions, supplements and prescribed veterinary treatments need to be advised prior to stay.​

​

• The philosophy of this kennel is, that dogs get to interact and play with

      each other in the outdoor area as much as possible during the day.

      We are therefore only able to accommodate a maximum of 2 full/un-

      castrated male dogs at a time. 

      Owners of un-spayed bitches are required to inform the kennel of   

      their dogs last heat. If you are concerned that your dogs heat cycle may

      collide with your holiday plans, please contact your veterinarian in due time

      to discuss deferral options available.

   Please Note:

​

    In order to accommodate customers as fairly as possible, we are running

    a deposit-based booking system alongside a cancellation list, for       

    customers who were unable to secure their desired dates in time.

    Please note deposits are non-refundable and may be non-transferable,

    depending on the notice given.

• Bookings of 5 days and more will require a 50% deposit, received within 4 days of enquiry to fully secure dates requested.​​

​​

• Cancellations within 2 weeks prior to your dogs stay will require full payment. ​

​

• Bookings of up to 4 days will require full payment upfront within 4 days of enquiry to fully secure dates requested.

• Bookings at a weeks notice will not require a deposit.
